So I used to restrict my calories to 1200, then I upped them to 1,500 as my friends and family said I look to thin, I then decided to up to 1,800 to ensure I did not loose any more weight. I am 5"6 and weigh around 49 kilos. So the past 2 days I have tried to up my calories to 2040 in attempt to gain muscle but I literally feel like I am force feeding myself!! Is this normal? I feel so full and am wondering if my calorie intake is maybe wrongly estimated?

Your almost 1000 calories over what you were eating, of course you'll feel more full. Stick to calorie dense foods if you're uncomfortable with the amount of volume0

Yes but it has been almost 6 months since I was eating 1200 I have been eating 1800 for the last 4 months i reckon. Thanks what food would u recommend I've been eating 2 tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 an avacado a day0

Eat 4 tbsp of peanut butter and a whole avocado to start.
