Trying to lower cholesterol!!

I have decided to eat a lower fat diet than before. Any meat is low fat as well as dairy Etc. Anyone have any advice. I exercise regularly and don't need to lose weight.

It is easiest to separate fat from chicken breast.
Egg whites are fat free.
Skim milk, fat free.
Skim milk cheese has the texture of rubber.
There are "good fats" that actually can help get you better cholesterol numbers.
Consider meditation to reduce stress and thereby cholesterol. There's a breathing meditation that is super simple to try.0
