Should I keep my Fitbit (Charge) on?

Hey, I recently got started on Fitness Blender videos, and I thought that I should take my Fitbit off to prevent double logging of calorie burn, however, when I logged the Fitness Blender calories (which tells you how many you burn in the video), it detracted from my Fitbit calories. For example, I had earned an extra 180 calories from my Fitbit log, however, when I added 120 calories burnt from my workout, it did that horrendous detracting, negative calories thing, and basically said I'd only lost 60 calories from Fitbit!
I would keep my Fitbit on and just leave it at that, but the workouts contain a lot of strength exercises like crunches and planks that obviously the Fitbit doesn't register.
Any advice?!
