Help Animals simply by walking!!

I found a great app called ResQWalk it's a free mobile app that enables you to raise resources for animal welfare organizations, simply by walking!!!

Not a bad idea. It's good to see corporate sponsors step up and donate for causes while asking for very little in return. There are sites that raise money for causes and they get paid by every click, but this one seems to thrive on miles.

Has anyone actually used this one? Just wondering if it would mess with any fitness apps during a workout.

Not sure if you can search shelters and donate your miles directly to that group (I don't have a smart phone/app); but the group I volunteer with uses ResQWalk- it's St. Mary's Animal Welfare League (SMAWL), if anyone is interested in a group!

Hey robertw486 and lisalsd1 - yes it is ResQWalk, it has worked with no problems w/ my iphone, really cool!!!
