Oops I keep over eating.. Worse when bored..

I have a bad habit of emotional eating.. Which is worse at night cuz I get really bored to easy... I have chronic depression problem so if I get to where I can't focused on books, music, movies, or the such I end up eating.. Any suggestions on how to stop eating so much at night?

    I save calories for night time as I know that I like eating at night. I train at night so it works out ok.

    Other than that, get a hobby to stop the boredom. Or go to bed earlier.

    Go cold turkey for a week and have no snacks after dinner.

    Plan your snack and finalize your journal for the night before you start relaxing for the evening.

    Exercise for 10 minutes before relaxing to suppress cravings and give you the mood boosting chemicals.

    Don't buy "junk" snack food. It's hard to over eat carrots.

    Change the location of your relaxing activities to limit your access to food.
