Back again.. Need motivation and friends

Ive been a member for over a year, lost 60 pounds of 100 needed and then gained 40 of it back. I'm currently 220ish lbs and 5'7
I have a trip to Germany and Italy in 2017 so I would like to have lost 70 lb or so by August 2017. Feel free to add me as a friend, I really need some. First goal, as I don't drink soda, is to stop eating fast food. Anyone happen to have any tips or tricks for my millionth weight loss journey?

    I have also been down this road many times and I am very determined to succeed this year. I have made a goal to run/walk a 5k before the summer , to complete this goal I walk/run 1 to 2 miles 3 to 4 times a week. Increasing the distance weekly by 1/2 mile.
    I have also had a life long battle with fast food, I have a family and they like fast food occasionally, I do not deprive myself I just budget in the calories and eat a kids meal or have just the bottom of the bun and the veggies on my sandwich. If I want fries I will share with my husband or only get a small.
