Hey All!
I've been using MFP for a while now. Dropped from 240 in July 2015 to 188 current and still going. Tracking is easy for me, and allows me to have variations in my days.
Currently I'm training for a half marathon in April and another in May. After that I will reassess my goals and see where I want to go from there.
Diary is open, feel free to take a look. I love cooking. If you see a meal on there that looks good, just ask, as I've probably logged it in the recipe builder.
