Has anyone used Plexus Slim for weight loss?

    beware. it can give you a false positive on a drug test. after finding that out too scared to try it.

    Several of my friends on Facebook sell it. Few of them have lost weight. None have maintained the loss.

    Whatever it is (And I wont even bother to google it, because all miracle 'weight loss' products are the same) it's not worth it. Anything that tells you you can lose weight without trying is a scam, usually a pyramid scheme, and will not give you lasting results. Any time you hear about 'success' stories it is usually because the product contains some sort of laxative that results in losing water weight, that comes straight back once you stop using it.

    The key to weight loss is making sustainable changes and developing good habits. These products wont do that, and will cost you money.

    The good news is that all you need to lose weight is CICO. Stick to the goal MFP has given you, eat whatever you like as long as you stay under that number, and you will lose weight. It really is that simple.
