Under Calorie goal

Hi everyone, it's my first post here, and it may have been asked before, but....

My goal is to consume 1660 calories per day, but i'm usually consuming around 1200-1300, should I make the effort to add some in, or just be happy that i'm comfortable with not going over?

    If it is usual to eat only 1200-1300, up your calories to your goal of 1660.
    If it is only occasional, eat so you reach your weekly goal.
