Hello,
Not a happy bunny this morning - the number on scales was scary! Would like friends who find weight loss very challenging and particularly struggle with sugar - I can never eat one biscuit! I look forward to sharing experiences along, what seems like, a very difficult journey!
Good luck all xx

I have such a terrible sweet tooth. I see sweets, I eat them!

Being honest with myself and logging everything is really putting it into perspective, just how often I shove sweets in my mouth because they're there. Good thing is that even after one week I'm much more mindful and already doing it less.

Bad thing is I feel I've worked harder than ever before and I only lost a pound.

Cookies are bad for me too - they're just not filling enough - and way too much sugar - especially when you have over the serving size. I recently swapped out fiber for sugar in my food diary. And, I've started looking at the sugar content in things - figuring out the teaspoon equivalent and then asking myself if I really want that.
