Inches not budging

Hi, I have been dieting and exercising for 1 month now and lost 9lbs so I know it's working. My problem is I am loosing inches most places apart from my arms. I do light weight training 3 times a week thinking this would help but nothing changing. Any suggestions or ideas that could help me ? Thanks

    You can't spot reduce unfortunately. Just keep losing the weight and it will come off eventually. And don't lift light weights, lift heavy ones. Check out the beginners programmes. I'll find you a link to one :)
