As I wake and face each and every day ...
I notice new aches and pains coming my way.
I think of my Mama now eighty years old...
her energy and enthusiasm so powerful and bold!
I encourage myself to stop whining and not be weak...
And think of the years to come I'll be at my peak!
A hot soothing shower will help start my day...
So I'll get my butt moving and start straight away!
