Hi. Been on here a while now and thought I'd write my first post.

Started off around 13'10 and now at 12'3 (today)

Looking for new friends to motivate and maybe swap healthy menu ideas etc

    I'm getting used to it now, my hardest thing was cutting down on alcohol! But once I got my head round that it became easier.
