Thin PCOS weird hormonal feedback?

I'm 5'6" and 117, which is two pounds from my goal at the lower end of the BMI chart. Even though it's unusual I do take metformin for blood sugar control and have been told I have thin person PCOS, or "a touch" of PCOS.

I've always been on the fit, thin side but am shedding the last post-pregnancy pounds. Maybe this is a question for an endocrinologist, but are there hormonal feedback loops that make me a slow loser? For instance, between breastfeeding and my Fitbit activity it says I burn about 2,500 per day. If that were true I'd soon vaporize, haha. Instead since joining and logging accurately I lose at an implied deficit of about 550 calories, or about 1,850 TDEE. Is this what happens normally as you get to a low body fat percentage, or might this be because of the metabolic condition?

You are not losing because you are already at the lowest healthy weight for your height. You are at the point where trying to lose weight will require starving.

I am not sure, but I think a BMI chart would show you at UNDERWEIGHT.
Stop exercising so much and eat more healthy foods.
Open your diary, and ask people to give you advise on foods to eat.
If you have an eating disorder, you should not be here.

This is something I read on a site about thin person PCOS
    1. Lay off extreme exercise. Excessive cardio is only going to zap your adrenal glands and put your whole system in stress mode which is counterintuitive for ovulation and restoring your pituitary gland’s proper function. Explore gentle forms of movement like yoga that can help balance your hormones and stress levels.

I don't understand your confusion. Are you asking why your deficit is 550 instead of 500 to lose a pound?

Have you been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries or PCOS .. very different things

Also you are already very low weight, breastfeeding and active?

Why would you be trying to lose 1 lb a week?
