Just search for a BMI chart and you will find a million of them on google. I use this calculator http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm it has a link to a chart on it.

I've just hit this milestone too, I am officially 'overweight' as of now instead of being 'obese'. Still a way to go to 'healthy' but one step at a time...well done to everyone else who's managed this too, good feeling isn't it!

I hit overweight last week too! It's an amazing feeling. BMI currently 29.
Another 28lb to go to my 'correct' weight for my 5ft9" height

As of this morning I am no longer OBESE. Overweight is a much better place to be! I was last here 2 years ago and this time I'm continuing until I get in healthy range! I'm 50% of the way towards my weight goal.
