Hello all. I am 24, weight 50 kgs(110 lbs) and height 157 cms. My bra size is 34C.
My problem is that I find my boobs disproportionately large and also loose. I am overall slim, very slim legs, so they look highly absurd on my lean frame. Its like the body of Popeye's Olive but boobs of Sunny Leone/Sofia Vergara!!
What exercises can I do to tone/lift them or perhaps decrease them?
I don't intend to lose any weight otherwise my BMI will decrease.
However, if weight loss is inevitable by the workout that you have in mind for my problem, don't hesitate to suggest it. I can lose 2 kgs and still be in my BMI ideal weight range.
Are their any exercise that specifically target the chest area in females?
PS:I do not follow any fitness regime (shame) but I have started maintaining my carbs and fat intake since past 3 weeks.

You can target the underlying muscle but, breast tissue is not muscle so it cannot be 'toned'. Breast tissue is largely made up of fat cells so, if you want to decrease your breast size, eat fewer calories than you burn.0

None really
I mean you can work on your pecs - the underlying muscles, but nothing short of surgery or a decent trip to a lingerie shop is going to affect the shape and size of your boobs0 -
Boobs is the first place I lose. Lol. No advice from me.0

Nope. As already said, you can work your pecs, which are the muscles beneath your breasts, but there are no exercises for the breasts themselves. If you want smaller breasts, weight loss (i.e., calorie deficit) or surgery are your only choices.0

You don't want to see me naked. Fifty-five years of gravity and eighty-five pounds of lost weight have done their work.
On the plus side, my circuit work for upper body strength means I can make my breasts "dance", so I can lift them alternately about an inch.
Hubby still isn't impressed.
I use a supportive bra. You might find a well-fit bra with a bit of compression will give you the look you are hoping for.0 -
You can't change the firmness of your breasts from exercise, as mentioned, they are primarily fatty tissue.0

My right breast is somewhat less perky than my left, but it's perked back up recently. In addition to having lost weight, I do the bolded exercises mentioned here:
Do Push Ups Make Your Breasts Bigger?
Women are often interested in the ways that certain exercises can affect the shape and size of their breasts. If you're looking to give your breasts a natural lift, chest exercises, such as pushups, can increase the thickness of pectoral muscles, which can sometimes result in slightly perkier breasts. However, since breasts are formed from fatty tissues, chest exercises themselves will not increase the size of the actual breast tissue.
Pectoral Exercises For Women
Pushups can help build your pectoral muscles, but if you're truly looking to improve your chest, include a variety of chest exercises that will target all of your chest muscles. These include the pectoralis major, pectoralis minor and sternals. Incline dumbbell press, flat bench press and dumbbell flyes are all effective exercises to build your pecs and potentially create a fuller, perkier bustline. Cable presses, TRX pushups and medicine ball throws will also work your chest while improving balance and coordination.0 -
Bench press, dumbbell fly, bent over rows. These will help build muscle under the breast, which will help lift the breasts.0
