I am not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm struggling with day to day eating right and exercise. I'm curious if a pill supplement would be ok ? do any of you take anything to help the cravings ? the one I'm curious with is called bliss go packs... I've read all I can and I'm not sure if it's good ? any thoughts woukd be greatly appreciated!

A "pill supplement "?
Could you be more specific?0 -
a pill to boost your metabolism? or to help curb cravings? I know eating better and exercise are important. I'm just wanting to know if there's something to help.0

You can't boost your metabolism with a supplement. Supplements are for people who are deficient in certain nutrients. Water is helpful for curbing cravings.0

Water is the best and maybe a hot drink in there (tea/coffee) if needed. You could also look into changing your eating schedule and see if you like that. I do intermittent fasting and that really helped with my hunger. Stay away for all the gimmick pills and save your money0

It's a supposed Fat burner. Waste of money.0
