Since I started counting...2500... but i was probably eating way more than that before, since it was a two size pant change that brought me here in the first place...

If I ate 10,000 calories in one day, I would be soooo sick.
Christmas Day, surrounded by fudge, cookies, two kinds of dressing, mashed potatoes, etc, I only managed about 2200 and was so sick that night!

Before I started losing weight, I wouldn't be surprised if I had some 8000 calorie days.

Since losing weight, 4800 during PMS. Sigh. On normal days I wouldn't be able to eat more than 2500 before being stuffed now though.

Hmm...since I started logging, I think the most I've had was 2000, maybe once...I actually find it hard to stuff more in (unless I eat at a restaurant, then all's fair in love and weightloss!)

Wow good luck with your challenge. I feel sick just thinking about it, I could maybe push 5000 calories if I drank a large percentage of them.

I consumed an estimated 5,600 calories on Thanksgiving. That has to be up there.

I wouldn't be surprised if I've gotten to 4000 to 5000 calories. I know I regularly ate over 3000 in a day before cutting out pop and making other healthier changes. I can't confirm that though because I've only recently started logging.

Man, it's gotta be a LOT. Especially back in college when I would binge drink all day for football games, AND pig out. I would guess 5000+

I think it would probably be between 3000-3500 calories, but I'm almost positive I could probably eat way more than that.

I eat over 3,000 calories semi-regularly. I burned them, so I earned them.

Off the top of my head, my birthday dinner a few years ago comes into mind (from On the Border):
    • 0.5 baskets chips and salsa -215 kcal
    • 0.33 bowl queso -160 kcal
    • Cup of chicken tortilla soup - 300 kcal
    • Create your own combo cheese enchilada - 330 kcal
    • Create your own combo chicken empanada - 530 kcal
    • 2 portions Mexican rice - 560 kcal
    • Khalula ice cream pie -770 kcal
For a grand total of... 2,865 kcal in one sitting. And to think that this would only be one meal, and I would have eaten more during the day. Just thinking of all that food is making me feel sick. :#

    I don't know. I think 2000-3000 would be a safe guess.
If I was going to try for 10,000 calories I would be getting stuff like a big banana split and a pizza with absolutely everything, some quacamole and chips, lots of cheese. I don't know if I would feel very good by the end of that day...or for several days.

Not gonna lie, I don't log on cheat days, so I'm not 100% sure. Probably around 3,000?

I'm a lifelong binge eater. I have no doubt that I've exceeded 15,000 in a day many times. I've finished a kg of trail mix in 24 hours a couple times and that alone is about 5600. Its no surprise I ended up here.

I once managed 5000 while I had an overactive thyroid! I've never made it over 3000 any other time, and even then I can only do that if enough of the food is chocolate to make up the calories, else it won't all fit in ;)

I've probably done 8-10k in one day. I'm pretty sure I've managed 5-6k in one sitting easy

I'm sure I've easily eaten 5000-6000 calorie days (or more) pre-MFP. Heck, I logged 4,000 calories for Boxing Day 2014, and forgot to log what I consumed after the post dinner drinking began. Probably 1,000+ calories of nuts, cheese, and those tiny cocktail sausages in bbq sauce, lol.

I consumed similar for Christmas Eve and Day, too. So, in my head at least, I claim personal victory in the 10,000 calorie Holiday 2014 Challenge, B)

It actually makes me laugh when I see those articles that say that most Americans eat 3500 calories on Thanksgiving and 2500 during the Superbowl... I'm like... 'that's it?'.

Right?! I'm thinking, for just the main meal I'll consume that. Superbowl? 2500 in food? Maybe, but how much in drinks?

My bday last year, I logged 4,000 calories. Majority of that was my bday cake. Knowing calorie counts now and remembering how I used to eat, I'd guess I ate 5,000-6,000 a day with 957 in soda pop.
