A week of food logging ... and it feels great !

Hello all ,

I have recently joined this app, and im really excited. It is really helpful
. Im trying to put on more muscles and i have a calories goal to achieve which is 3200 a day. It is my first week and im excited to get on scale next saturday.
Hope i will be making progress.
