Here's hoping this approach is for me !! Day 1 today & so far finding it good but time consuming. Any way good luck to all people on thier weight loss

Good luck to you, too! I find the food logging time consuming, too. But I'm on my second week and it's a little quicker. I'm finding that I don't eat more food at the end of a meal because I don't want to log it. This helps me stick to the plan0

Logging food can take some time. A great way to make things easier and faster is to plan and cook and entire weeks dinners/lunches on sunday. It sounds boring to eat the same thing all week, but it also changes every week. This method worked so well for me, I locked in my nutrition and only had to log my food once a week because the calories and macro's were the same all week. It is time consuming at first but eventually it may get easier especially if like me you eat alot of the same meals! Good luck x0
