Finally Committing to Losing Weight

Hi, I'm Kiki and I'm nineteen years old. Getting my job at the mall made me gain weight a lot. I am currently 184 pounds. Frankly, finding a top or a dress just to fit my top part is hard enough, now my body doesn't want to fit. I hope to lose 34 pounds, although I do not know if that is realistic with my proportion. However, I am trying my best. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I'm doing light activity but that will change when I move to Texas in eight days. Then I plan on running at least a mile four times a week and work on up from there. My biggest problem is making sure I eat just enough, and not too much nor too less. I hope I can commit to this as much as I can.
