Hi, my name is Sheila I work as a personal assistant in a Real Estate office so I dont get to move much. I was wondering if someone here suffers from PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) wich means it more difficult for me to have kids than other womens and also to loose weight. Does anyone know of good recipes that could make easier my goal of loosing weight. I will appreciate it.

Hi Sheila,
I also suffer from PCOS since I was 16,I'm 29 now.The best lifestyle for pcos is low carb. Being on low carb has helped me lose weight and get my levels back to normal. I was also put on metformin. As far as recipes there is a low carb group on here & pinterest has tons of low carb recipes to choose from.:)0
