Back and shoulders: two-a-days

Made a nice little HIIT circuit this morning and finished up with 20 minutes on the rowing machine! This was my first time switching my cardio out for rowing, but I have a hard time exhausting my back and getting it sore. The rowing this morning helped me to really get that mind - muscle connection when I went back in at lunch to lift weights. So happy
