lunch time protein?!?

I am so confused on how i should go about protein!! My breakfast is usually 2 egg whites, a high fiber cereal with 10 g protein, and on days i do strength training i have 0.5cup whey protein with 0.5 cup 2%milk. so for lunch on those days i have a salad with 1 piece toasted whole wheat bread and a teaspoon of 25% less fat peanut butter, and im just wondering if that is a good enough lunch?!?! please help!!

    I like pro complete 40 it doesnt taste nasty and per serving you get 40g of protein

    Do you have cheese or nuts in your salad? or maybe just add some chicken or turkey to it if your concerned... but it sounds good to me.

    I think that is a decent lunch if you are not hungry afterwards. If you want to up the protein in it, you could add some egg white to the salad, some diced chicken, or a 1/2 can of tuna.

    IMO...as long as your meals consist of some carbs, proteins, and healthy fats, you're fine...you can balance out your daily requirements of each with your other meals :o]
