E-readers

I love to read and I really like actual books, but I'm thinking an e-reader would work better for the gym. The little holders on the treadmills and elipticals don't do a good job with regular books. Anybody have any suggestions as to which one? are some more durable than others? Water resistant even maybe?

My mom and I share a Nook that's pretty tough. I love reading on my IPad, and will do some light reading (though not much because it's kinda pesky) with my Verizon tablet.

I had a Nook, but I never used it. I just read books on my iPhone now.

I used to use my mini ipad but it is now lost so don't do that anymore. Nothing beats actually holding a book and turning pages though

I agree, and I won't give up real books for the majority of my reading, just think it would work better at the gym.

I've read books on my nook at the gym. It was great while I was on the treadmill or elliptical. I haven't really read anything in a long time though. It's definitely a lot easier to use it than an actual book.
