    Thanks! I'vebeen doing my fitness pal for two weeks and lost 7 lbs. I thought hoping on a chat may keep me motivated because even though it's going well its a journey.

    oh yea. for sure. if you open up your diary to friends they can see your foods eaten and share. 7 pounds is awesome! As people continue dieting and watching foods it slows down then we need to buckle down and some tricks employed!!!

    Thanks for the advice! I need and appreciate it. It looks like you do alot of strength training. I am meeting with a trainer tomorrow.

    One of the most profitable things you can do, to my mind, is spend a little time lurking. Read posts that interest you, read the stickied posts, find out which posters are most informative. Then you'll be armed to participate more fully in the conversation.
