I am new to the group and here to get some much needed motivation. I am extremely eager to start this weight loss journey in order to get fit and healthy! If you have any tips, please feel free to share with me.

    I have done this one time before I was successful lost about 32 lbs from 260 to 228 it was hard but im ready for it again gained a little of it back but im ready to do it again 250-220 hopefully my tip to you is don't get discouraged stay motivated its a work in progress stay positive......good luck
