MyFitnessPal Calories Burned value changes daily - didn't before, why now?

why does MyFitnessPal Calories Burned keep changing when I've not logged any exercise (besides automatic Fitbit Calorie Adjustment)? this seems to be a recent oddity.
The MFP Calories Burned had remained the same as long as my Diet Profile remained the same (especially activity level). I've not changed my activity level in MFP, so why the change in MFP calories burned?

I would think it would be the automatic calorie adjustment from FitBit?0

Mine is acting up too and not.. yesterday I burned about 700 calories and today my burn from yesterday isn't showing. My calories burned today are also oddly low compared to other days where I have done the same0

If you are logging activities on MFP as well as your pedometer syncing, depending on the settings it will see that you've logged the activity on MFP and will not count what it said your burn was for that allotment of time. So even if you had a high step count, if you logged a workout on MFP it will count that duration and calories out of the calories burned from your steps.0

No. There is definitely something wrong. This problem just started yesterday.0

Map my walk recorded a 304 calorie burn and yet MFP recorded it as 106 calories!0

I'm having the same issue0

Same here. Let's say on a given day at 2pm I would have already burned 300 calories... Then, after a workout which burned 600 calories... MFP will all of a sudden change my total calories burned to something like 100 calories total only.... When it should be 900 calories total instead.... What's going on?0

They sent me an email saying they are working on it.0

with respect to this issue, I am not logging activity on MFP (other than FitBit adjustment). The MFP calories burned is shown separately from the FitBit calories burned.0 -
I found this MFP support post dated 2/5 https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2315186-fitbit---mfp-s-total-daily-energy-expenditure-calculation-incorrect
seems there's more than one thread related to this issue although people report symptoms differently.0
