Any ideas on how to get a big neck? I want to put like an inch on.

I can't claim to have made outrageous neck gainz... especially since I'm in a deficit at the mo.
I have been running the T-nation 2x week neck training programme linked in the OP of the thread above.
As of today, I've built up to neck lifting 15kgx3x10 on the "heavy" day. That means I'm advancing to a 20kg plate as of next week and building towards 3x8. The other day, the volume day, I'm up to 3x20 with 10kg as of next Monday.
It's been going well, the programme allows for a slow progression and to build strength, endurance and hypertrophy as you're working in two loading schemes and rep advancement schemes simultaneously. I have noticed some neck hypertrophy already (about 5-6 weeks in), but how long this will continue in a deficit is anyone's guess.
I would say that it's a solid, well-thought out programme that addresses ROM, stability, strength, endurance and hypertrophy. I'm not aware of other complete neck programmes out there, so can't really address comparisons, but I can tell you that it's easy to tack the lifting aspect onto the end of an upper body session (it only takes 5-10 mins depending on the day) and you can do the ROM/Stability stuff daily in your warm-up for any day (this also helps with recovery/blood flow after a day neck lifting)0
