Moms, how do you fit in a workout?!

I truly am in awe of moms that can do this. I would love some tips! I have a 2.5yr old boy and a 7wk old daughter. I am also in a full-time online BSN program that is very demanding and I need to maintain straight A's to get priority placement into grad school. I'm a stay home mom right now to focus on school (only working per diem night shifts here and there) I put my son into daycare 3-4x a week for the mornings so that I can get homework done. I pick him up around noon, come home and then he goes down for a nap. I used to workout during his very long afternoon nap or when he went to sleep around 8pm. Now being older he sometimes will nap for a while, sometimes he is up right away and usually if he is asleep my newborn is fussy and wants to only be held. She will sleep all afternoon/evening while my son is awake and I am prepping dinner and wakes up around 830/9pm when my son goes to sleep and she doesn't "go to sleep" again until around 11pm! Then because she is so little gets up to eat around 1, 4 and 6am. I get up at 5-6am (whenever the feeding is) to get homework done and do a workout since both kids would usually sleep until about 8-830....but now my toddler has been getting up by 645-7am! We live in a small upstairs apartment with no cardio equipment in upstate NY (aka freezing outside this time of year) in a part of the city you can't really just be outside in. I had some complications post-birth with both children and I am not supposed to run/jump or lift heavy. I have resistance bands/handweights and some beach body DVD (21 DF , BBL) but its so hard to gauge ability to complete a workout! By the time I get in clothes I can workout in, will the baby want to eat/be held? WIll my toddler get up?

Any advice? Thanks :)
