Two workouts in one?

I've started following this: http://www.simplyshredded.com/the-ultimate-female-training-guide.html
It is divided into four days, two upper and two lower. Can I do the upper and the lower one on the same day instead of doing it in two days? The upper one is pretty short imo.

CAN you? We will probably never know until you try.
Should you? I don't see any problem if you CAN do it. I'd be sure to go easy/rest the following day.0 -
I wouldn't do it with that program. If you want to do a full body program, pick a full body program.0

Lol, good answer. I will see if I can do it tomorrow then0 -
IMO if you can do all of the upper and lower body exercises in that program in one lifting session, you aren't challenging yourself as far as how much you're lifting.
