Obese to beast

Hi every body was watching obese to beast and he recomended this app looks good so far.got about 5 and a half stone to lose so just a little weight to shift lol

    Its a great app! I used it between Jan and September last year and lost 5 stone. Did some maintenance and had a break due to illness until 2 weeks ago. Just come to the forums if you need any helps. These guys are all great.
