Hello everyone my name is Joy I'm from Kaufman Texas, but I live in Dallas Texas now. I went to the doctor to get diet pills and she told me about this app. It really helps me not over eat but I need different meals I can eat if y'all have any ideas. So I think this is pretty good learning how to eat healthy rather then getting a diet pill making myself bigger...Well if I can be a support to anyone I'm here.
