Hello, I am new to dieting and exercising and am venturing onto a high protein low carb diet (designed by India Knight). Am 3 days in and have lost 4lbs already. A friend recommended I use mfp to track and encourage me. Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated. I am 64 so no spring chicken to be hurling myself about in a gym, but do have a wii sport, so until am a little thinner (I am 18st) shall limit my exercise to my living room.
