Hi all! I like the idea of setting realistic monthly goals. As a MH therapist, I preach this to my clients all the time, but you know the old saying... "Physician heal thyself." Lol. So here goes for Feb: continue on my 17DD plan; incorporate some kind of daily movement/exercise into my routine; close out/organize 2015 paperwork at work. Onward!
