Hi Everyone. I am, once again, restarting a weight loss journey. This time is different though. I recently have been diagnosed with Diabetes and it is imperative that my diet and habits change. I have no intention of going on meds, so I have 3 months to get my sugars under control and start showing weight improvements. I have tried the weight loss in the past and just can't seem to stay motivated. I am hoping being on this site will help, and also maybe introduce me to people in my same situation. Any and all advice/recipes/speeches are welcome.
