Any dancers or acrobats?

Hi! I'm a lifelong dancer and acrobat. I recently started a new job that's less active and higher stress; the resulting weight gain needs to go! I want to feel light, lean, and fluid WITHOUT starving myself! Would love some friends on a similar track.

Does playing DDR while holding 2lb free weights in each hand every now and then count or are you looking for professionals? Actually, my preferred exercise is walking and exploring the shops, but sometimes I don't feel like going outside for some reason (such as wanting to catch up on something at home or not wanting to get my feet soaked in the rain). I want to lose 10 lbs, 5 of which came from the holidays, and go from there to see if I feel like I need to lose more or want to tone up or stay where I'm at.0

I love that you do DDR with weights! Yes, let's support each other. I plan to lose 8 to 10 lbs at the rate of half a pound per week. Good luck to us both!0
