Need to lose 6st

Started going to the gym three times a week around 5 weeks ago. Lost my first stone through slimming world. Started using a garmin and MFP Around 2 weeks ago. Any and al help and advice welcome x

    calculate how much your maintenance calories are for your current weight, there are several websites that will do this for you with some simple measurements and input. Losing weight is all about eating less than maintenance or being in a caloric deficit. Measure / weigh / log everything!!!!! Good luck!

    Since you started a month ago, this might not apply, but don't try to do everything at once. Increase your exercise plan gradually so you don't get injured, sore and discouraged, and drop things from your diet slowly to gradually meet your recommended daily intake. If you try to do it all once, it can be really easy to burn out.

    But you've already got a month of gym under you and two weeks of MFP! I think you got this! :)
