Hi All
After a pretty serious illness, I am up and at em finally (Thank Goodness), but I am finding myself with very little support and about 75lbs to lose. I have started a walking group and we met for the first time on Tues. we will be walking twice a week and then I will be doing a Zumba class after on Tues. and Yoga on Fridays...so at least I have started.
I sure could use some support and encouragement as well as offering mine to you.
Also, if anyone can tell me how to request friends that would be great.
