Macros/ eating what fits your calories

so this is my first post on the community- I had been following slimming world for a while and started using MFP as I was conscious of my portion sizes... Now I find that I generally have a lot of calories left at the end of the day.. this might sound like a daft question but would it matter if I ate a couple of extra treats in the evening if it was within my calorie goal? I find that I am veering away from slimming world principles now

As long as they are low-carb treats, fine.0

If it's within your calorie goals...and doesn't mean missing out on the minimum amount of nutrients you need...it's perfectly fine (and I'd go so far as to say encouraged - for mental health if nothing else!)0

I used to have the same problem when my goal was 1,200! Now I can easily conquer a 1,400 cal goal. Fill it with whatever you may please! It's good to meet your goal so you don't wake up too hungry. It's already a deficit, so even if you meet the goal you will still lose.0

As long as it's within your calories go for it!
Your body doesn't punish you just for making your mouth happy.0
