Blending diets

Hi. New to community and trying to blend WW simply filling with low carb, low sugar diet. I also need meals to be gluten, dairy, and soy free due to allergies. Any suggestions on how to plan meals ahead of time? I have to eat mostly during day as I cannot digest food in evening after 4:00. Thanks!

Welcome. Do you mean suggestions like pre-prep some meals? Soups are a good thing on Simply Filling. And salads. I pre-prep both. You can put cut greens in mason jars and use a Foodsaver attachment to remove the air and they last like a week.0

Pre plan and pre prep for the week. Eat mostly clean bc you are avoiding soy/wheat/gluten and that's in a lot of foods so you will need to either be very careful or just eat veggies fats and protein source.
Try eggs and bacon for breakfast, salad for lunch, fruit like berries are low carb, nuts and seeds are a good snack, salsa and cottage cheese w avacado, salsa and egg whites, yogurt, turkey and mixed veggies, etc.0
