Anyone else start then stop 1m+ times?

I've started, dropped 90lbs. Gained it all back plus some. Then started, lost some, stopped, gained some. And repeated the cycle too many times to count. I'm officially saying I'm done stopping. I started again about a month ago, and yes I've stopped being "perfect" for about a week due to bronchitis / possible pneumonia (on a mess load of meds right now), but I'm still determined to get back on track once I heal from this sickness. The only thing that is bugging me right now is the day I fell ill was supposed to be my first day back to the gym. I had all this motivation.. And now the motivation is gone. I don't know if it's from me being sick or just my nerves. Has anyone else gone through starting and stopping like me? What finally made you start and never look back?

Hi Rachel
Yes I like to crown myself as the yoyo diet king of the world. I use to be a podgy kid. Fixed myself up a uni a little and then I would train every year for the lads holidays and after coming back some drama would always happen, illness, deaths in family depression and I would put on weight. Past few years have been difficult loss of my mum breakup with fiancé and eat myself to feel better. I'm going Mexico in 10 weeks and hope to whip my *kitten* in some sort of shape and I am guna make a promise not to go back to my old ways so you not alone0
