Well after losing 30 pounds and gaining back9 after Christmas
I am so up for kicking lards *kitten* upgraded my fitbit and started doing classes aswel as gym routine.feeling really positive at the moment.
What are all you guys and gals doing the shift the pounds?

Walking 45 min a day with 10k steps and 25 squats.0

Yeah that's great I hate squats but I still do them I like buns of steel:-)0
