Logging in on MFP

I don't use my phone to log in here, I use my computer. There are going to be some days coming up that I won't have access to it. Can I go back a few days and log my food and exercise and not lose my streak?

The bad news...no. The 'streak' only counts days you actually log on (in fact, you don't even have to log anything...just log on to the site).

The good news...except for whatever personal motivation you get from it, if you break your streak, it's meaningless.

At most I would come home and just do a quick add calories at the end of each day.
You can keep a notebook with you of calories consumed. Not the foods.

You don't need to log anything at all to keep your streak, merely 'appear' on the site signed in once every 24 hours.

Logging backdated food does not restore a streak, however, you can automatically restore your streak if you so desire by going here:

Yeah, I totally get that it is really only a "feel good" thing and I plan to still stick to tracking cals and working out, but... it is a FEEL GOOD thing!

I know you said you don't currently log in on your phone but if you're going to be away from your computer and continuing your streak is that important to you, it may be time to download the app. If just for a few days.

^^longest run on sentence ever, lol

I'm going to be losing my streak later his month while on vacation (no internet or cell). It kind of sucks, I feel your pain. I'll lose my 90+ days but I'm thinking of it as a new MFP beginning since it took me so long to really get with the program, so to speak.
