My new workout (with vibrator)

Has anyone heard of the effects of vibrators making you look young and increasing strength (in bones and muscles)?

I have...fortunately or unfortunately? Some of the arguments are weak but I find it interesting that people are actually doing studies on this and many of the conclusions have good vibes lol.

Usually my vibrator of choice is a sport bike (thought I was going to say something different, didn't you?) But today I decided to switch it up for my friend Jack, the hammer. I've never used one before, it was fun. Man can that thing make all your bits shake!

According to some of the research in the studies I've linked...a 'different' vibrator would still give you a workout and help with various anti-aging properties lol. Keep em young girls

Yeah you got me there. I was only fooling around for a minute, it was fun. I can see how it can turn to not fun fast...that's a lot of cement. If I help out tomorrow my fancy white/pink steel toes will be on :p

Psh. What could possibly go wrong? CoderGal clearly knows what she's doing.

What vibrator program are you using?

LOL! Understandably, bad things can happen when you don't use protection.

I totally concur. Steel toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs and gloves at a bare minimum are suggested for the next demo session.

Would not recommend this level of Personal Protective Equipment for the vibrator that most of us on this thread initially thought you were eluding to.

    Done :)

I would have made a post on that but figured it would get banded more quickly. Plus that kind of thing can be used to avoid having to deal with protection :p

LOL! Power tools are so empowering - especially if they require a 480 power source.

I don't know about that study if that was the case I'd look like I was 15 and weight about 100lbs
  • I'd be wearing steel toe boots, but to each its own.
