Ran!

Ran a whole .7 kilometers today... not very much, but farther than i've gone before.

    well done! When I started running my first target was actually 400m! As a kid and all through youth I could not run a single round in a stadium without being overweight or any other obvious problem, thus this is what I wanted to achieve. Afterwards, my target went to 800m, and then onwards. Now I can walk about 6km without walking.

    when I started couch to 5k I could barely jog the first 30 seconds. Now I'm not hugely overweight, and not entirely unfit, but it was HARD.

    Now I'm up to 33 minutes at a gentle pace which is a couple of miles. Keep at it!!!
