31 day challenge: July 1-31 :D

Ok,

So i am getting back on track with my diet and weight loss. I have accomplished two days so far. So now I want to go a full month and try to make a habbit of it.

MY CHALLENGE TO MYSELF

1. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day
2. Eat at least 3-5 fruits and veggies a day
3. Stay right at or slightly under my calorie goal for each day.
4. Log in to MFP each day.


I would love some motivation, I will be keeping a blog for each of my days on here. :

    hey Txfarmgirl88, im starting a july challenge group today. if your interested, there are other people also doing it. this might be good for you as there are people that can support and motivate you. 2 years ago i was 225 pounds, I then lost 80 which i was soo proud off and now in the last 8 months I gained 60 pounds back :-(. i soo need to get back to where i was. so my goal is to :

    Exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week
    Eat clean and drink alot of water
    Log in my food every day.

    Im giving myself a year :-)

    I really need to do the fruits and veggies every day! You'd think I'd be on top of that, being I'm a vegetarian. That and the water intake! I really REALLY need to increase that.

    If you go to groups the challenge us called hit back harder July challenge, you can see the link on my profile, there will be a list of activities that ive interacted in the last few days. The challenge started today, but i have been on nights working. So as you can imagine today had to be my rest day and il start it on the 2nd instead.
