Making Changes

It's been almost 2 weeks since I started logging my food daily and exercising almost daily. The food diary has been a great resource, although I still haven't perfected my meal plan, I have stayed within my calorie allowance just about every day.

I was struggling with my exercise at the beginning of this week, but yesterday I was feeling great and couldn't wait to do my workout.....finally! I'm hoping that motivation continues because since starting here I've lost 4.4lbs!! I'm hoping to lose another 5.6lbs by the end of the month, for a total of 10lbs. This is my short term goal. My parents are away for the month, so I want to see if they notice the difference when they come back. I'm fitting back into my size 10s, so hopefully they'll see it. :)

    As nice as it is to just be healthy, that feeling when someone asks if you lost weight is always happy-making.
