I am working on trying lots of new classes and exercise. Some I can't find in the database. HOw do you figure out what calories to put in?
I know I need to get some sort of tracker but until I can afford one I am just using the generic ones.
In particular I a trying to find "butts & guts" workout I did yesterday...
Thanks!

The database here is woefully incomplete.0

There are 10's of thousands of branded workouts out there (classes, DVDs). MFP could list them all, but would that make the calorie burn estimate more accurate? Nope.
Using a general category is good enough. It kind of warns you....hey, the calorie burn may not be reliable.
OP - all exercise with calorie burn estimates are in cardio. Select cardio - strength training. Cardio - circuit training. Cardio - yoga.....whatever.0 -
Thanks. It was not a highly aerobic workout so I was looking under strength trianing.
I feel more comfortable taking a guess now.0 -
1 hour Body pump class burns in average 300-400kcal.0
