Can't Lose what I Want!

Hi everyone,
I am not sure if anyone will see this , its my first time posting.
Anyways, I have been a member since this spring when I had an IT Band injury keeping me from running, when I wasnt running I weighed 133 ish (still did strength and cardio classes) and was fine but decided I wanted to lose what I have gained in college slowly (like a long term goal), I want to be around 127... Not much to lose lol.. I am 5'7" so its in healthy range either way.
I have been running training for a half marathon in August and was really frustrated when I went home and weighed myself one weekend and was 135. (I don't own a scale) . I felt good but now I don't know. I don't think my measurements have changed, but my thighs have gotten bigger (up to 15-20 miles of running a week + 1 bike day).
I am wondering if it is even possible for me to be under 130 anymore because i run so much! I stay under allotted calories (1500 unless I work out, and usually eat most of the exercise calories back). How do I not get discouraged? Should I set different goals?
Has anyone been in this situation? My boyfriend says i look good but , who can trust them right

I've found after I run, everything looks bigger for some reason. I've had luck losing inches by not eating my calories back that I burned off, unless I'm completely famished, but I'm usually not. If I do eat, it's veggies. I wouldn't get too discouraged. Your body is probably trying to get back to normal. Check out this article
